Free DTF Sample Pack

The content looks amazing. I wish the Sample Pack had more than 2 items,1 being the brand logo. And the other be ing a picture of a cute mouse. I thought it would be enough for a few small projects. I will be ordering again soon.

My first order (August 6th) arrived quickly and correctly. I placed a second order (August 7th) the next day and it got lost by UPS. I emailed Hero DTF with the order number on August 15th to find out about what needed done to get my order. They said they would start a case with UPS and reprint if needed. I let them know that I needed them by August 25th at the latest. A few days went by and I reached out for an update on August 19th. Again they said it hadn't been found and they were going to wait 2 days to reprint. On August 21st I hadn't heard from them so I emailed again and they finally agreed to reprint them. They were scheduled to be delivered on Monday, August 25th. Not ideal since I still need to press the logos on the bags to have for Thursday. An order did come from Hero DTF on August 25th, but it was a re-print of my first order, not the order that I needed. Needless to say I was pretty upset as I have 50 bags waiting to be pressed and no usable logos still. The logos were for bags that I am donating as awards for a horse show...I am not making money off of them and they are worthless if I don't have them for the show this weekend. So I called Hero DTF immediately and told them what the issue was and that I was not very happy about how it was handled. The man was difficult to understand as he had a heavy accent. I told him I needed them reprinted and overnighted to me and he just didn't know if they could do that. I wasn't very happy because people were relying on me to provide these awards bags. He finally agreed to reprint and overnight and they are supposed to be here Wednesday, which gives me a very small window of time Wednesday evening after work to press the bags and have them ready to go on Thursday. In the future they should really just reprint orders that go missing from the shipping company...I have never had a package found once it was lost. If my logos turn up Wednesday and they are correct this time I will probably order again, if not then they will have lost my business.
