The experience was overall a good one. I was having trouble with my upload and I emailed. Tal responded in a timely fashion and was able to help me resolve my issue. Thetransfers came very quickly which I was happy about. There was one small issue where when I pressed one of my shirts, the residual powder was left on the outline of the image. I did not have an extra shirt or transfer to do it over. That is why I did not give a higher rating.
