If your order was placed before 2PM CST, we will ship it out today. For orders after 2PM CST, they'll be shipped out tomorrow. UPS ground takes around 3-5 business days and UPS air is only 1 day!
The DTF process entails printing your design on a special film, adding a powder adhesive to the film, and curing it. After curing, the film is ready to be heat-pressed onto your chosen material, creating a vibrant, long-lasting transfer.
You can use the iron you have lying around your house or an industrial level heat press or anything in between.
When working with cotton, polyester, or blends, adjust your heat press to 300°F for 10 seconds. Consider double pressing for optimal results. For further information, don't hesitate to contact us.

We accept returns and refunds for legitimate reasons. Although we cannot guarantee UPS delivery times, we will assist you in obtaining a refund if there are shipping delays. Returns are accepted only if less than 80% of the prints are used, and each return is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all items must be returned before any refunds are issued.
